Gamca Medical Appointment Slip Cancellation

Wafid (GAMCA) Medical Appointment Cancellation Policy

Can I Cancel or Modify My Wafid Medical Appointment?

According to official Wafid (formerly GAMCA) guidelines, once your medical slip is generated, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. The system auto-generates your appointment based on your passport details and country of destination, and it is considered final.

What If I Entered Wrong Information?

If you made a mistake in your:

  • Passport number

  • Name spelling

  • Nationality

  • Visa type

  • Country of destination

Unfortunately, you cannot correct or change the existing slip. You will need to wait for the slip to expire (typically 30–90 days) or use a new passport if urgent rebooking is required.

Why Cancellation Isn’t Allowed

Wafid uses a centralized, automated system that prevents:

  • Repeated bookings using the same passport

  • Medical center selection manipulation

  • Unauthorized modifications or fraud

For this reason, no manual cancellations are allowed, even if you contact support or the assigned medical center.

What Can You Do If You Can’t Attend the Appointment?

If you’re unable to attend your appointment:

  • You may reschedule directly with the assigned medical center (only if they allow it, subject to availability)

  • If not allowed, you must wait until the slip validity expires before rebooking

Final Tips

  • Double-check all details before generating your slip

  • Use correct passport information and select the right country

  • Note: Fees are non-refundable, even in case of errors
